Krazy Bins Rewards

Application terms and end user license agreement

Last revised October 13, 2026

Application and parties

These terms govern use of Krazy Bins Rewards, a private loyalty application developed and supported by Ayzman Creative Group (Provider) for authorized participating Krazy Bins merchants. A merchant is the business operating the participating store and represented by the person authorized to install or use the app. Consumer rewards are governed by the participating store's separately communicated loyalty rules; these terms do not set an earn rate, reward threshold, expiration period, or migrated balance.

License and authorized use

Provider grants an authorized merchant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application for its internal loyalty operations on supported Clover devices and through authorized service interfaces. Merchant must have authority over its Clover account, grant only appropriate permissions, and restrict administrator and register access to authorized personnel.

Do not bypass access controls, use another merchant's account, disclose device or administrator credentials, interfere with the service, manipulate points or discount records, or use the application unlawfully. Rights not expressly granted remain with their respective owners. Third-party software and Clover services remain subject to their own applicable terms.

Loyalty operations and merchant responsibilities

The application links customers to orders, reports loyalty balances, applies configured reward discounts, and reconciles eligible completed payments, refunds, and voids. Payment collection remains in Clover. Merchant is responsible for publishing accurate loyalty rules, honoring eligible rewards, checking imported balances, configuring its program correctly, and obtaining any notices or authorizations required for its data use.

Phone check-in does not verify phone ownership. Email is optional. Contact capture in this application is not marketing consent. Merchant must obtain separate lawful permission where required before sending promotional messages or using information for other purposes. Merchant must verify identity before changing contact details or combining accounts.

Data use and confidentiality

Merchant retains its rights in merchant and customer information. Merchant authorizes Provider to process that information only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and support the application, comply with law, and follow lawful merchant instructions. Provider may use infrastructure providers for those purposes and must limit their access to what is needed. Merchant information must not be sold or repurposed for unrelated advertising under these terms.

Provider and Merchant must protect confidential information with reasonable safeguards and disclose it only to authorized personnel or service providers, or where law requires. Provider will reasonably assist Merchant with applicable customer rights requests and data export or deletion requests, subject to verification, lawful retention, and any more specific written data-processing agreement. The application's privacy notice explains its customer information practices. A separately executed services or data-processing agreement controls in the event of a conflict on the subject it covers.

Connectivity, interrupted rewards, and support

Internet access is required for check-in and redemption in this version. Maintenance, Clover availability, network failures, updates, and other interruptions can affect operation. Provider does not promise uninterrupted availability or an emergency response service. Support is available at julian@ayzmancreative.com, https://ayzmancreative.com/contact/, and (216) 394-9688; published business hours are Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM Eastern. A separate written support agreement may provide additional commitments.

If a reward attempt has an uncertain outcome, Merchant must review the existing order, discount, and points hold before retrying. Do not issue another discount blindly. Merchant should preserve relevant references, follow reconciliation procedures, and report discrepancies promptly.

Charges and changes

The private application does not impose an App Market subscription charge. Separate development, hosting, support, or merchant service charges are governed by the applicable written agreement. Clover and payment-provider charges are separate.

Provider may supply updates needed for compatibility, security, or corrections. Material changes to these terms will be communicated to authorized merchants and presented with a revised date. Any acceptance required by law or an existing agreement must be obtained. Amended application terms must be submitted for Clover approval before being made available through the App Market where Clover requires it.

Suspension and ending use

Merchant may stop using the app and request disconnection. Provider may suspend affected access when reasonably necessary to address unauthorized access, unlawful use, fraud, or a material security threat, with notice when feasible. For other material breaches, Provider will give reasonable notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue before termination, unless law or the parties' written agreement provides otherwise.

On ending service, the parties will arrange reasonable access to a merchant data export and deletion of information no longer needed, subject to applicable law, accounting, disputes, backup cycles, and any controlling written agreement. Uninstalling the app alone does not delete shared loyalty records or Clover records. License rights end on termination; confidentiality, lawful retention, accrued obligations, and provisions that by their nature survive will continue.

Warranties, responsibility, and disputes

Provider will use reasonable care in supplying the application and addressing reported defects. Except for express promises in a controlling written agreement and rights that law does not allow to be excluded, the application is supplied as available without a guarantee that it will meet every requirement or operate without errors. Merchant remains responsible for its loyalty rules, staff actions, and lawful business operations; Provider remains responsible for its own obligations under these terms.

Neither these terms nor the application exclude liability or remedies that applicable law does not permit to be excluded. Any negotiated liability limits, indemnities, service commitments, or dispute procedures must be set out in the parties' controlling written agreement. Otherwise, the laws of Ohio govern these merchant application terms, excluding conflict-of-law rules and subject to mandatory applicable protections. The parties should first attempt to resolve a dispute through the support contact; these terms do not require arbitration or waive access to courts.

Clover is separate

Clover and its affiliates are not parties to these application terms and are not the developer, provider, or licensor of Krazy Bins Rewards. These terms do not impose responsibility or liability on Clover or its affiliates for this application or Provider's obligations. Clover services remain governed by Clover's applicable agreements.
